Climbing Arborist

Full-time position

This position involves timely visits to our client's properties and caring for their landscape plants by monitoring and diagnosing insect, disease and physiological issues then choosing and applying appropriate products and treatments needed. Communicate with clients in a professional manner, complete diagnostic reports and run spray and application equipment. -Degree in Arboriculture, Horticulture, Plant Science preferred -MCA or ISA license

Qualifications: -Experience running and managing crews -3+ years of experience -Plant ID -Proper planting techniques, grading, masonry -Be able to understand plans while maintaining quality work -Excellent communication skills -Background on hardscape and horticulture -Hydraulic license,CDL (preferred) -Snow removal experience (preferred)

Lawn Care Technician

Full-time position

Responsibilities: -Visits our client's properties and care for their lawn by monitoring and diagnosing insect, disease and cultural issues. -Mixing, loading and applying different types of fertilizers and pesticides. -Record keeping for applications and client’s properties. Qualifications: -Must have a valid driver’s license -Experience with pesticide applications -Able to work independently -Positive attitude -Massachusetts Pesticide license required -Must be able to lift 50 lbs
