Our Yard Manager duties are as follows: Responsibility of purchasing trees and shrubs. Merchandising and pricing of plants. Sales/Customer support. Assisting/contributing to all other nursery departments as necessary. Opportunity to provide clients with garden design & consultations Ideal candidate's should have horticultural knowledge and show effective sales experience. Individuals should be personable, energetic, and have a strong work ethic. Candidates must be able to lift 40lbs.

Responsibilities include implementing landscape/planting plans, transplanting, communication with clients and working at our Lincoln location. The ideal candidate should be personable, energetic, and have a strong work ethic, good communication skills and ability to take direction well. Applicant must be in good physical condition and able to lift at least 40 pounds. Preferably, the applicant holds a valid MA DOT medical card and Hoisting License, but we will train the right candidate.
