The Garden Continuum has Fine Gardener positions available for dedicated, friendly, and reliable team members. You'll be an individual who is passionate about gardening and is ready to join a highly respected landscape company. We have positions for full-time seasoned gardeners, part-timers of all experience levels, and openings for two novice interns in the spring and fall seasons.
Full-time position
Fine Gardening Crew Leaders are lovers of gardening and all things garden-related. They are willing and able to lead other gardeners to nurture and care for gardens. Our Crew Leaders get a charge from interacting with clients and delighting them with the delivery of beautiful results in their gardens.
Part-time position, Full-time position
Installation technicians will work with the Project Foreman in the development of our signature Life-Scape designs using regenerative landscape practices which include soil development, plantings of all scales, hardscape features, and low-voltage lighting.
Full-time position
The Project Crew Leader is deeply interested in building outdoor living spaces with plants for people (and pets) to enjoy. They are comfortable with complexity and using puzzle-solving skills to navigate problems calmly and patiently. This position works closely with the Project Manager in the execution and fulfillment of our signature Life-Scape designs using regenerative landscape practices which include soil development, plantings of all scales, hardscape features, and low-voltage lighting.
Part-time position, Full-time position
The Decor Stylist must love floral decorative displays and be interested in being stylistically creative with installing and caring for seasonal displays, container arrangements, and bedding plants designed by the Garden Decor Manager. This is a great opportunity for an individual who is passionate about flowers, container planting, and seasonal displays of decor items and is ready to join a highly respected landscape company.
